It occurred to me that Our Illustious and "Wonderful" Council and its personal residential Staff of Officers and "Councillors" might be in breach of the Human Rights Act. Is there any one out here of the legal profession who could care to Comment or has Human Rights Legislation experiance. Remember if you are a solicitor, and you live in our area, this CPZ affects you as well as us so any advice would be gratefully received.
