Well done that man. You've only confirmed my recent conviction that we all have to be vigilant with regards our illustrious council. On a similar vein there is an on-going battle outlined on the hayesmiddlesex.com site(forum) between the council and a pensioner who was ticketed outside the coca-cola offices in Uxbridge in spite of displaying a disabled sticker. Somehow I believe cllr Bianco will have to start looking for a proper job come the the next elections. Somehow every time I see I his name, I keep humming the Martini Bianco advert theme. The final bit of song goes "It's the bright one, it's the right one". Well right, certainly as in Tory but definitely not right as in correct. Well cllr Bianco, I suggest you get on the job centre mailing list as somehow, I don't think there are going to be many "X"'s against your name.
