Reality 1: Cllr Puddifoot has assured us Hayes CPZs are killed off, because Labour said "NO" to CPZs and he said Labour could decide. Reality 2: We discover the borough engineers are still working on the detailed plans and traffic orders for Hayes CPZs as if nothing had happened. Both these realities coexist in one time-space continuum. Spooky or what! Think carefully where you place your cross at the next election.
