64% of the households in York Road (the road I live in) and the four surrounding roads Colchester, Highland, Lichfield and Winchester, have positively said they do not want the scheme. That is 64% of the total households not just those answered, this figure was even higher !! I think that is the type of FACT you wanted. If you can tell me what road you live in as I may have a figure for that road.
