Over on HayesMiddlesex.com there has been a lot of discussion on Cllr Heywood's statement, and we've reluctantly concluded that it doesn't really amount to anything like the "Death of CPZs". We are all still going ahead with our visit to the Civic Centre, March 13th, 7pm. Hope to see you all there too.
