Word has reached HayesMiddlesex.com of a plot in the Civic Centre to "rebrand" CPZs as TMPs - Traffic Management Programmes. How thick do they think we are? I've warned them that if we have to restart our campaign, we will be mightily cheesed off; there will be no half-measures, and we will make sure we never have to campaign on the issue again.
